Jamie Van Pelt
Founder & CEO
Jamie Van Pelt is the founder and CEO of the Radley Firm, where he specializes in strategic communication, marketing, and crisis management. With nearly a decade of communications experience, Jamie serves as a trusted strategist and communicator for governments, businesses, associations, non-profits, hospitals, and more.

Jamie was named a “Top 20 Under 40” by the Tallahassee Network of Young Professionals, and is a graduate of Leadership Tallahassee Class 34. He serves on the Board of Directors for Elder Care Services of the Big Bend, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Leadership Tallahassee, and Big Bend Habitat for Humanity.

A student-athlete and two-time graduate of Western Carolina University, Jamie remains an avid supporter of Catamount Athletics and can be found back in the North Carolina mountains for home football games each Fall.
Nicole Cade
COO & Website Designer
Nicole is a detail-oriented Chief Operations Officer who optimizes efficient processes to ensure that all deliverables meet client expectations. She brings 10 years of professional experience and is trusted to foster collaboration and communication to execute strategic initiatives.
Nicole is passionate about combining technology and business and is experienced in website design, development, and management. She specializes in creating modern, responsive, and mobile-friendly websites for all types of businesses that are accessible to all users, regardless of ability or disability.

In her free time, you can catch her running all of the beautiful trails and mountains that Seattle has to offer! She also loves backpacking, hiking, and pretty much any outdoor adventure with her husband.
Ashton Maddox
Graphic Designer
Ashton Maddox is a designer with 8 years of professional experience. An Austin native, her creative passion was ignited by the city's vibrant energy, leading her to pursue a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Art & Design from the University of North Texas.
Today, she calls Cascade, Colorado home, finding inspiration in the stunning Rocky Mountains and the nearby vibrant Green Box Arts Festival in Green Mountain Falls. When she's not designing, you can find her indulging in creative pursuits like painting, photography, hiking, and videography.

Graphic Designer
Michelle is a creative professional with over 8 years of experience and a BFA in Graphic Design from Keene State College in New Hampshire. She brings a thoughtful, detail-oriented approach to her work, shaped by a diverse background across industries and environments.
Originally from the New England, Michelle has lived in Denver, CO and Cape Cod, MA before settling in Austin, TX with her husband and three kids. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, live music, hiking, and yoga, and is always inspired by experiences that blend creativity, culture, and connection.
