Jamie Van Pelt
Founder & CEO
Jamie Van Pelt is the founder and CEO of the Radley Firm, where he specializes in strategic communication, marketing, and crisis management. With nearly a decade of communications experience, Jamie serves as a trusted strategist and communicator for governments, businesses, associations, non-profits, hospitals, and more.

Jamie was named a “Top 20 Under 40” by the Tallahassee Network of Young Professionals, and is a graduate of Leadership Tallahassee Class 34. He serves on the Board of Directors for Elder Care Services of the Big Bend, Big Brothers Big Sisters, Leadership Tallahassee, and Big Bend Habitat for Humanity.

A student-athlete and two-time graduate of Western Carolina University, Jamie remains an avid supporter of Catamount Athletics and can be found back in the North Carolina mountains for home football games each Fall.
Olive Mignon
Lead Designer & Project Manager
Olive is a passionate and creative graphic designer who is a recent SCAD Alumni. She loves to utilize color and photography to create a whimsical yet modern feel in her designs. As a graphic design intern, she is excited to bring her creative perspective and passion for design to the Radley Firm.
When she’s not designing, you can find Olive following reports from her favorite charity the Gorilla Doctors, giving treats to her spoiled Whippets, or working on creating her new bonnet design business Mane by Olive!
Nicole is a detail-oriented project manager and website designer who ensures that all deliverables meet client expectations. She brings 6 years of professional experience and is trusted to rally the team around a common goal in a fast paced environment.
Nicole is passionate about combining technology and business and is experienced in website design, development, and management. She specializes in creating modern, responsive, and mobile-friendly websites for all types of businesses that are accessible to all users, regardless of ability or disability.

In her free time, you can catch her running all of the beautiful trails and mountains that Seattle has to offer! She also loves biking, hiking, and pretty much any outdoor adventure with her husband.

Meet Shelby, a passionate graphic artist with a degree from Pellissippi State.
Born and raised in Tennessee she has always been passionate about illustration and character design, deciding to take it to the next level as her career choice! She’s excited to bring her skills to The Radley Firm.
When she’s not designing, you can find her working on personal character design, photography, and her second passion, being a home barista!
